Taormina Film Festival will be celebrating the powerful collaboration between Willem Dafoe and Abel Ferrara, two icons of independent cinema.

With a career spanning decades, these two artists have worked together to create some of the most impactful and memorable films of our time. From the hauntingly poetic “4:44 Last Day on Earth” to the beauty of “Pasolini,” Dafoe and Ferrara’s partnership has brought us some of the most uncompromising and thought-provoking films in recent history.

We will be hosting two masterclasses within the Festival – one with Abel Ferrara on June 27th, and another with both Ferrara and Willem Dafoe on July 1st.
